What are so good way to get back into lifting?
Okay so im 15 im a freshie. In the middle to the end of my football season i was squatting 315 and benching 180 wish . I did nothing over the dead time. I come back and still a few weeks into it in struggling to get 255 on squats and 145 on bench. Any tips? I have no workout sets at home 🙁
